  • We partner with Arise Virtual Solutions to provide work-from-home opportunities for many of the leading Fortune 500 companies.
  • You can choose to specialize in a range of customer service areas, including Technical Support, Phone Support, Chat Support or Inbound Sales.
  • Your earning potential as a "Customer Service Professional" is based solely upon YOU! How well you meet the job performance metrics determined by each Client, will determine your financial gain. 
  • Earning potential can range, depending on the Client you choose, from $9-$18/hr. 
  • Unique from traditional brick and mortar employment sources, we offer convenient flexible scheduling, with either part-time or full-time opportunities. 
  • CSP's have the option to work a minimum of 15/hrs per week to a maximum of 99/hrs per week, depending on the needs of the client they opt to service.

  • When you partner with JP Virtual Customer Service, LLC as your IBO you will be considered an Independent Contractor to the IRS. This means you will get a yearly 1099 tax-form. It is your responsibility to file your taxes annually.
  • You will receive your pay on the 15th and 30th of each month.
  • As your IBO, JP Virtual Customer Service, LLC charges a standard $50 invoice fee. This covers all business and payroll expenses.
  • Each Client offers certification courses that must be passed in order to begin servicing for that particular company. These classes are online, instructor led courses that require 100% mandatory attendance.
  • You, as a CSP, will be responsible to pay Arise Virtual Solutions for your certification courses. This price varies, based upon the Client you choose (ranging from $19.99-$249). The courses can be considered a tax write off; Your tax professional can assist you with answering any questions regarding this.

Getting started.. Simple 4 Step Process

  1. Sign up as an 'agent' and fill out the profile form on arise.com (click orange button at top left hand side of page).
  2. Sign NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to access Clients names and details.
  3. Enter the FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) of the call center company you will be working for: JP Virtual Customer Service, LLC FEIN id: 47-1560844.
  4.  Select Client Opportunity. If you want suggestions or have questions please contact us at JP Virtual Customer Service, LLC to help you choose the client program(s) you would like to service.
